Come as you are.

Nothing to prepare. Bring something to write with if you like. By the end you'll have one clear sentence worth keeping. There are two sessions that day, and you're welcome at either one, or both. Mostly, just show up willing to feel into it.

Some people leave the free workshop with their sentence and want to keep going. Shape Your Idea is a weekend together to name it fully, describe it, and give your offering its first real form. No rush. It'll be here when the moment's right.
